Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism. Your expertise and knowledge will help improve the lives of our patients and their families.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and adjustment of treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess developmental delays or disabilities
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies at home or in educational settings
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
Skills:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
